Privacy policy: Katalymabeds S.L. is responsible for the processing of the User’s personal data and informs you that this data will be processed in accordance with the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of April 27, 2016 (GDPR) regarding the protection of natural persons, in relation to the processing of personal data and the free movement of such data, for which the following information regarding the processing is provided:

End of treatment: maintain a commercial relationship with the user regarding the products or services offered. In addition, the operations planned to carry out the treatment are:

Respond to the inquiries and suggestions that users may formulate.
Process orders, requests, or any type of petition made by the user through any of the means of contact available to them.
Manage your requests and/or reservations and their payment.

Data retention criteria: they will be kept as long as there is mutual interest in maintaining the purpose of the processing, and when it is no longer necessary for that purpose, they will be deleted with appropriate security measures to ensure the pseudonymization of the data.
Data communication: web developers and the company that hosts us on their servers will have access. All of them have regulated access to that data with us for the exclusively described purpose. They will not be allocated to any other third party for processing, except for legal obligations.

Legitimization: it is based on the consent that is requested through the corresponding acceptance checkbox.
Rights that assist the User:
Right to withdraw consent at any time. Right to object and to the portability of personal data. It is established as the right of the data subject to receive all personal data concerning them that they have provided to a controller, provided that the processing is based on consent or is necessary for the performance of a contract and is carried out by automated means.
Right of access: The interested party shall have the right to request and obtain free of charge the information regarding their personal data being processed, the source of such data, as well as the communications made or expected to be made regarding the same. When the interested party submits the request electronically, and unless they request that it be provided in another way, the information will be provided in a commonly used electronic format. Any data subject who has obtained the restriction of processing shall be informed by the controller before the lifting of such restriction.
Right of opposition: the interested party shall have the right to oppose at any time, for reasons related to their particular situation, the processing of personal data concerning them (public interest and legitimate interest), including profiling based on such provisions. The data controller shall cease processing the personal data, unless they demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing which override the interests, rights, and freedoms of the interested party, or for the formulation, exercise, or defense of claims.

Users, by checking the corresponding boxes and entering data in the fields of the contact forms or presented in download forms, expressly and freely accept that their data is necessary to address their request by the provider, with the inclusion of data in the remaining fields being voluntary.

The User guarantees that the personal data provided to the responsible party is true and is responsible for communicating any modifications to it.
